Turn a bid manual into a packet you can stand behind
Upload the project documents. BidPrep reads them, collects subcontractor prices, and fills the paperwork. Nothing is sent until you say so.

How we calculate this (industry benchmarks)
A mid-market commercial bid takes about 34 hours by hand to read a long manual, split the trades, check the drawings, write the scopes, and collect prices. Smaller jobs are counted at 18 hours. Larger jobs are counted at 65 hours. This view is using 34 hours for mid-market work.
Estimator time is counted at $85 an hour, a loaded preconstruction rate. BidPrep is counted as taking 78% of the document, scope, risk, and invite packaging time off that total. The person still checks the work and picks the winners.
60 bids × 34 hours = 2,040 hours by hand. 78% of that is 1,591 hours, or $135,252. That is about 0.8 full-time people over a 2,080-hour year, and room for about 212 more bids.
These are industry benchmarks for the calculator. They are not a measured average from AedificAI customers.
